The Wisokolamson Energy Project was developed through a partnership with Woodstock First Nation as part of a provincial initiative led by New Brunswick Power.
This Project was built 12km West of Riverside-Albert New Brunswick. The project name is derived from Woodstock First Nation's traditional language of Maliseet, as "Wisokolamson", which translates to "the wind blows strongly.
This 18 MW project consists of five Vestas V126, 3.6 MW turbines. The turbines sit on a 117m tall tower.
